CreateShellAuthToken

Runtime binding for CreateMicrovmShellAuthToken.

Bind it to a MicrovmImage to get a callable that mints a short-lived token for interactive shell access to a running MicroVM (the MicroVM must have been run with the shell ingress connector attached).
