Runtime binding for the GetManagedThingCapabilities operation (IAM action iotmanagedintegrations:GetManagedThingCapabilities), scoped to one ManagedThing.

Reads the capability report the bound device registered at onboarding — the data model that SendManagedThingCommand commands are written against. Provide the implementation with Effect.provide(AWS.IoTManagedIntegrations.GetManagedThingCapabilitiesHttp).
